Let's address the elephant in the room, I am a 25-year-old man what the hell can I teach you about menopause? The truth is I've seen women close to me battle with symptoms they had no idea were coming their way and have had their whole lives turned upside down through menopause. The closest was my mum who struggled with weight gain and lack of sleep she thought the answer was hours upon hours doing cardio until I showed her that lifting weights can have so many benefits for both physical and mental. During my 7-years working as a personal trainer, I helped many women who struggled with menopause, and over time they began reporting that their symptoms began to lessen dramatically over the time I began training them. I knew I could help many women struggling through menopause with my expertise in strength training so I got qualified to help manage symptoms.
